Terms of Use

Last updated: July 6, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Webitro AI, operated by Webitro Software Company ("Webitro", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Webitro AI is an AI orchestration service: you describe what you want, and the service plans the work, selects third-party AI engines, executes the plan and verifies factual claims against published sources where possible. The estimated cost is shown before execution and work proceeds only after your approval.

The set of available AI engines, features and pricing may change over time. We aim to communicate material changes in advance.

3. AI-generated content disclosure

Output produced by the service is generated by artificial intelligence systems. AI-generated content can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect, even when it appears confident and fluent.

Webitro AI checks factual claims against trusted published sources where possible and labels them as confirmed, flagged or unverified. This verification reduces — but does not eliminate — the risk of errors. You should independently verify factual claims against the cited sources before relying on them, especially for medical, legal, financial or other high-stakes decisions.

4. Output ownership and responsibility

As between you and Webitro, you own the outputs the service delivers to you, to the extent permitted by applicable law and by the terms of the underlying AI engine providers.

You are responsible for how you use the outputs, including compliance with applicable law, third-party rights (such as copyright and trademark) and any platform rules where you publish them. Webitro does not review your use of outputs and accepts no responsibility for it.

5. Accounts, credits and payments

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Usage is measured in credits; credit costs and plan prices are shown before purchase and before each production run. Credits are not legal tender and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to produce unlawful, harmful or deceptive content; to infringe the rights of others; to attempt to breach or overload the service; or to misrepresent AI-generated content as independently verified human work where such disclosure is required.

7. Guarantee layer — not an insurance product

Some plans include a "guarantee layer" that may provide credit refunds or re-runs when a delivered output fails our published verification standards. This is a contractual service quality commitment only. It is not an insurance product, is not regulated as insurance, and does not provide indemnity for losses arising from your use of outputs.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do what we promise — and honestly say what we cannot: results depend on the availability and quality of third-party engines and published sources. Nothing in the outputs constitutes professional advice, including investment, legal or medical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webitro is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact options published on this site.
