Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the data controller for personal data processed through Webitro AI is Webitro Software Company ("Webitro").
Identity and contact data (email, optional name), account and usage data (commands, outputs, credit consumption, logs) and technical session data are processed to: provide and operate the service, execute contracts, manage billing, ensure account security, meet legal obligations and improve service quality.
Processing relies on the KVKK Article 5 bases of: performance of a contract, establishment or protection of a legal claim, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interest limited to service security and improvement. Where none of these apply, explicit consent is sought.
To fulfil your requests, task content is transmitted to the third-party AI engine providers you benefit from; hosting and infrastructure providers may also process data, including abroad, within the safeguards required by KVKK Articles 8 and 9.
You may: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information; learn the purpose and whether data is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom data is transferred; request correction, deletion or destruction; request notification of these operations to transferees; object to results produced exclusively by automated analysis; and claim damages for unlawful processing.
You may submit KVKK applications through the contact options published on this site. Applications are answered as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. Account and data deletion requests are likewise completed within 30 days, except for records we must retain by law.
